We aim to make integrity food accessible to all families in our community.

What is integrity food?

Integrity is not just defined as “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.” Integrity to us means that not just our own actions have strong moral principles, but that those actions are for the greater good. Not just for us, but for the larger society around us.

Our Beginning

We dreamed of having better control over the quality of our food. We had virtually zero farming experience when we stumbled across an old, run-down farm house that was the perfect starting point to reconnect us to the spiritual truth that you cannot have life without death. Our journey would eventually lead us into a multi-speciated, regenerative way of doing agriculture while enhancing not only our own lives but those around us.

We’re Moving!

A new year, new opportunities.

Argyle Acres teaming up with Harmony Ranch:

Starting Spring of 2022 we will start putting down our roots on a pristine piece of land in Liberty, UT. Not far from our original farm. We couldn’t be more excited or feel more blessed to have the opportunity to finally put our methods to work on a larger piece of land and to bring the Ogden Valley a place to really learn what regenerative agriculture can do for this place we all treasure and to show that intentional living is possible in our modern day times. We will be replenishing, and improving upon the land we will be stewarding while providing our community with more of the cleanest meat available in our area. Our plans include so much more and we can’t wait to start executing them with other individuals with the same vision. Most of all, we look forward to sharing it all with you!

What is Harmony Ranch?

A collective return to living in community lands. Harmony Ranch believes in the virtues of sustainable living, the value of regenerative agriculture, the principles of land-based education, and the practice of living in holistic fulfillment. Their vision is to create a neighborhood for families that feel connected to the land, in co-operation with one another. They will achieve this with natural amenities that focus on healthful living with community projects that bring our neighbors closer to the land they live. This is Living in Harmony™

Our Mission

To reconnect folks to the real life cycles of life: death, decay, and regeneration. We honor each life that calls Argyle Acres home and the eco-systems at the heart of it all. Teaching our community where food comes from, how to prepare it and the true meaning of true food security. This is what we believe sustainability should look like.

80%

of the entire beef market is controlled by four beef packers. That’s almost the entire market! This leaves very little room for food security– meaning that if ever meat is tainted by bacteria or chemicals it has the potential to reach vast numbers of people.

58%

of the worlds seeds are produced by four companies.

35%

of households in the US grow food either at home or in a community garden. This means that two million more families are involved in gardening, up 200 percent since 2008 (according to the NGA). This report clearly shows that there truly is a food revolution taking place in America.

You know who is most likely to raise integrity food? The farmer who has a say in the prices of his product. The farmer who brings her children with her on deliveries. The farm that has an open door policy where customers can pop in anytime and see everything. The farmer who feels fulfilled in his life calling to care for the environment, animals and people he leads. The farmer who regularly corresponds with her customers and regards many of them as friends. In short, the local farm with an invested community of eaters, living, eating and working together.
