Community Partners are the heart of the Harvest Festival. Through hands-on demonstrations, educational exhibits, interactive activities, and community engagement, they help create the experiences that make this event memorable. Whether you’re a nonprofit, conservation organization, educator, agricultural producer, outdoor recreation group, youth organization, or local business with a passion to share, we’d love to explore how you can be part of the experience.

We believe these experiences are what make the festival special. By welcoming Community Partners at no cost, we hope to encourage organizations that educate, inspire, and strengthen our community to be part of the event.

Because we’re intentionally curating the festival experience, we review each application to ensure it complements our mission and creates a meaningful experience for our guests.

Can I sell products as a Community Partner?

Community Partners are selected because they provide interactive, educational, or community-focused experiences that enhance the festival. Limited sales that support your organization’s mission are welcome, provided the experience remains the primary focus.

If your primary goal is selling products or services, we’d love to have you apply as a Vendor instead.
