Calling All Vendors & Community Exhibitors!
We’re excited to bring our community together for a Harvest Festival that celebrates western heritage, agriculture, local businesses, conservation, and the great outdoors. We’re looking for vendors, artisans, agricultural producers (of all kinds!), nonprofits, and educational organizations to help create a fun, interactive experience for families of all ages.
Whether you sell handmade goods, locally grown products, western-inspired merchandise, or offer educational exhibits and hands-on activities, we’d love to have you join us. We’re especially excited to partner with organizations that can share their knowledge through engaging demonstrations, interactive displays, crafts, games, or educational activities that inspire visitors to learn more about agriculture, conservation, outdoor recreation, and our local community.
As a new event, we’re committed to creating an affordable opportunity for vendors while building a festival that visitors will look forward to year after year. Our introductory vendor fee is just $35, making it an accessible way to connect with the community, showcase your business or organization, and help make our first Harvest Festival a memorable success.

Vendor Application - Artisans (non-food)
This application is for vendors selling non-food items, including handmade goods, art, crafts, clothing, decor, and similar products.
Vendor Application - Food & Beverage
This application is for vendors selling any edible or drinkable products, including hot food, food trucks, baked goods, cottage foods (such as jams and packaged treats), and beverages.
