Saddlestrings
Live Western Music by Saddlestrings | 5–7 PM
We want the Harvest Festival to feel like more than an event, we want it to feel like stepping into a piece of the West. And few things set that scene quite like live cowboy music.
We’re especially excited to welcome Saddlestrings, a true Western cowboy band whose music blends traditional trail songs, Western ballads, original music, and classic country influences. With authentic cowboy and ranching backgrounds of their own, their connection to this music runs deeper than the songs they perform. They carry the stories, traditions, and spirit of the West into their music.
Having Saddlestrings here is also especially meaningful to our family. Kurt “Snoose” Argyle is Chris’ uncle, and Chris grew up listening to the band. Snoose and their music played an influential role in nurturing Chris’ own love for Western music and the traditions surrounding it.
Saddlestrings will play from 5–7 PM. Bring a lawn chair, find a spot on the grass, and settle in for the show or keep wandering the festival, visiting vendors, enjoying food, and taking part in activities with live Western music providing the soundtrack in the background.
It’s exactly the kind of atmosphere we hope to create: good music drifting across the farm, people gathered together, and a fall evening spent celebrating agriculture, community, and the West.
